Bell, Inc. Acoustical Removal and Texture, owned by Jim and Gail Bell, is a family run business that began in 1990. We were the original Popcorn Removal & Texturing company in San Diego County.

We use a proprietary tool that we invented, called "THE SCALPER", that makes the job very clean and efficient.  No other company uses this tool, as we do not rent or sell it. Using the Scalper, we are able to remove acoustic ceilings in one day up to approximately 2000 square feet and offer ceiling painting a day after it dries.
